COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT

A premium, hands-on, and proactive annual health assessment that is built around your specific case.

Primaris Comprehensive Annual Assessments are a premium, hands-on option for individuals who want a clearer understanding of their health and a more proactive plan for the year ahead. You’ll spend focused time with our team to review your goals, complete a thorough assessment, and bring everything together into a customized annual health plan designed to support how you feel now and how you want to live in the future.

What’s Included in Your Assessment

Your assessment includes a health goal-setting meeting with our team, a complete medical assessment with our physicians, a fitness assessment with our physiotherapists and fitness consultants, a nutritional assessment with a registered dietitian, a dermatology and skin consult, a vision assessment and eye exam, and comprehensive blood work (full panel plus advanced proteomic/metabolomic testing). Complementary optional add-ons may also be available to further tailor your day.

Comprehensive assessments are very thorough and require at least 3 hours to complete (excluding add-ons). Lunch is included with any assessment lasting over 4 hours.

Concierge medical services, active care plan management, and continued full-access services are included with a Primaris Membership only.
