Your journey starts with a phone consultation, where our team will walk you through the Elite membership and what it includes. Once enrolled, you will meet your dedicated family physician and Care Manager for an initial appointment focused on your health history, lifestyle, and long-term goals. From there, your care team maps out a precision-focused plan and schedules your advanced diagnostics in stages.
Your Care
Your initial testing is completed in phases so each result is properly reviewed before the next step. Full body MRI, genetic testing, pharmacogenomics, microbiome analysis, metabolomics, fitness assessments, and comprehensive lab work are all scheduled and coordinated by your Care Manager. Every result feeds into a single, evolving care plan.
